Basic Licensing Fee InformatioN*

A sliding-scale process licensing fee based on the annual gross sales revenue from the producer to the distributor for all products using the process is charged for audited customers:

A) 5% fee on annual gross sales revenue of up to $750,000

B) 4% fee on annual gross sales revenue of > $750,000 and less than $7,500,000

C) 3% fee on annual gross sales revenue of  > $7,500,000 and less than $75,000,000

D) 2% fee on annual gross sales revenue of > $75,000,000

A base minimum monthly fee of $1,000 for audited customers will apply in the event that the process fee equates to less than that amount.
