Basic Licensing Fee Information*

The basic process licensing fee is 5% of the annual gross sales revenue from the producer to the distributor for all products using the process for audited customers. Payments may ne made monthly, quarterly or annually; other arrangements are possible.

Large-volume customers may receive a further discount. depending on volume and other considerations.

A base minimum monthly fee of $10,000 for audited customers will apply in the event that the process fee equates to less than that amount.
